NOTE ABOUT STAGE INTIMACY
Theatrical intimacy is any action on stage where the given circumstances of the scene or the overall production calls for physical and imaginative touch or moments between actors of simulated sexuality. All scenes with intimacy follow a specific set of staging and rehearsal protocols rooted in consent and safety for the actors.In the production of Tootsie & Mamma Mia, intimacy occurs between multiple characters and includes kissing, embracing, and other moments of physical touch. All characters with moments of on-stage intimacy are noted in the audition descriptions. They may appear in some level of undress due to the show's context: it takes place on a warm island, so some characters may wear a swimsuit/trunks.

REHEARSALS
Please note that the rehearsal process starts approximately 6 to 7 weeks before a show opening, with weekend and weeknight evening rehearsals. (6:30 pm to 10:30 pm on weeknights/11 am to 6 pm on weekends).

Shows at Actors Studio run for 3 weeks, Wednesday to Sunday at 7:30pm and Saturday Matinees at 1:00pm.
Mamma Mia : Runs for 3 weeks at the Kelowna Community Theatre. (Tuesday to Sunday - Monday Dark)
